Registration includes admission to plenary sessions and coffee/tea and lunch during conference days. To register online please click here.

Deadlines and fees

  • Early bird registration is from 04/09/2012 to 31/10/2012.
  • Normal registration is from 01/11/2012 to 30/11/2012.

If you like to attend the conference dinner on Thursday evening November 29th, separate registration is necessary.

Method of payment

The registration fee should be paid in advance.

Online payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) and online bank transfer (“iDeal”, selected Dutch banks only).
If you would like to receive an invoice, please select the relevant item during registration. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

Please note: Registration fee does not include transportation and hotel accommodation and is non-refundable.
